Currently Studying: The Westminster Confession of Faith
We are currently finishing a study through the Westminster Confession of Faith, one of the historic summaries of Reformed Christian doctrine.
The confession is not Scripture. Scripture alone is our final authority. But historic confessions can help us think carefully about what the Bible teaches and how Christians before us have summarized those truths with clarity and care.
As we study the Westminster Confession, we are considering questions like:
- What does Scripture teach about God, salvation, worship, and the Christian life?
- How do the truths of Scripture fit together?
- Why does doctrine matter for ordinary faith and obedience?
- How can historic Christian teaching help us grow in clarity, humility, and worship?
The goal is not merely to study a document, but to better understand God’s Word and be shaped by the truth of Christ.
